Had a blast

Beautiful place and lots of a great staff. Ricky is awesome and has a great team (Noe, Miguel, Luz, Luisa, Estenia (may be spelling that wrong), Caty - the shows after dinner are fun and the Las Vegas in particular was fantastic. Freddy, Tomas and Saul working in the restaurant were very personable and Laura & Saul in the lobby were very helpful and friendly! Silvia, Alberto and Julian were great too.

Small quiet resort

This place was great for a quiet get away. Even with children around, the noise was minimal. The staff was fantastic! It's a nice walk to the market, and the stores and Beach aren't far away. The food was very good, and the selection was great day to day. We personally didn't try any of the restaurants at the hotel, just stuck with the buffets.

Great place!

We had a great time. The hotel is very clean, food is very good, people is very kind. The hotel is located in Santa Cruz town so you can walk around is very safe anytime. The beach is 5 blocks away from hotel. You can walk or take the shuttle from hotel every 20 min. Beach is clean, nice and warm. They offer shows every night during dinner time. On Sundays they have a Mexican day so they offered very local food. It was so yummi. We really enjoy the people and hotel. Thanks to Laura, Silvia (la sra. de los omelets), Edgar, y a todos los chicos de eventos cada noche. Good job!
