• Current date of travel
• Tentative date you want to travel


Importantly: if you booked through a travel agent, you will have to call them to manage the change. In this line, we will only attend clients who have made their reservations through the website and/or on the phones listed below.

Reservation of Accommodation
- If your arrival date at the hotel is in March or April 2020, we require you to inform us at least 48 hours before check-in that you will not be able to travel. We will not apply fines or penalties for change of dates or cancellation, however, new dates will be subject to availability.

- If your arrival date at the hotel is after April, for the moment, politics that will be applied are those confirmed at the time of purchase.

Hotel + Plane Reservations
If you have booked a package (hotel + airplane) the policies of the airplane ticket will remain subject to the conditions of the airline chosen while purchasing it.
