To use the services offered by the official web portal of Hotel Binniguenda All Inclusive in agreement with the Privacy Policies, the client will be asked to provide private information. The client has the obligation to provide exact and reliable information; under no circumstances may these data be false or inaccurate.
It is very important that guests respect the Check-in time to the room which starts at 15:00 hrs. Check-out time is at 13:00 hrs. on the day of their departure.
The rates managed by Hotel Binniguenda All Inclusive are per room per night and are expressed in national currency. Any other currency a guest may use is subject to the service of Currency Exchange in order to settle the hotel bill. This service is based on the current exchange rate of the day and may be requested through the reception staff in charge.
Hotel Binniguenda All Inclusive provides information to its guests about the capacity of each available Room as follows:
a) Double Deluxe Room: 4 people.
b) King Deluxe Room: 2 people.
c) Junior Suite: 4 people.
d) Master Suite: 6 people.
The description of the aforementioned rooms refers to the maximum capacity of people that may occupy them and NOT to the number of beds in the room.
Children aged 0-6 are considered MINORS and may be accommodated without any additional charge in the same room as their parents.
Children aged 7-12 are considered CHILDREN and generate a cost of only 50% of the room charge.
To have a reservation accepted, a Client needs to provide all the information requested on the form, accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm that they have been read, and obtain a Reservation Number from the Reservations staff.
All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card number. It is the responsibility of the Client to print out the confirmation upon receiving it via email, thus concluding the reservation process with Hotel Binniguenda All Inclusive, and have these data ready when arriving and registering at the hotel.
All the information related to your reservation will be requested by staff from the corresponding area. If upon Arrival (Check-In) a Client does NOT present the Confirmation Number, the Hotel may deny registration and entrance to the installations of the Hotel.
To confirm the reservation of a room, it is not necessary to make an advance deposit; however, your credit card number will be required and verified in order to process charges in case of a cancellation.
Extension of a Stay
A Guest may extend a stay by directly requesting it at the reception of Hotel Binniguenda All Inclusive. The Guest is subject to the conditions of rates and availability, which at any given time are determined by the Hotel and may or may not be similar to those received before.

To effect the Cancellation of a Reservation, the Guest has the obligation to inform the staff in charge of Reservations at Binniguenda All Inclusive by telephone or by email 48 hours in advance.
The cancellation is processed with the Confirmation Number of the guest who will then receive a corresponding Cancellation Code.

Upon Check-In, the Guest will leave an open voucher at the reception desk for the purpose of guaranteeing any additional consumption that may come up during the stay. The Hotel does not accept personal checks.
